To meet the increasing demand for lighting products, our factory follows streamlined production processes and has dedicated workshops that handle specific stages of the production, which guarantees fast and efficient manufacturing.
We source LED chips from recognized suppliers. Using an automatic LED chip fixing machine, the chips are efficiently extracted from trays and mounted onto the PCB in a precise order. Our process includes automatic detection of defective items, which contributes to quality assurance.
1. Chip Testing: Brightness, color temperature, and display index testing.
2. Aluminum Substrate Testing: Customized thermal conductivity and pressure resistance testing.
3. SMT: Detecting dead lights and soldering defects.
LED drivers are self-contained power supplies that crucially determine dimming capabilities, LED quantity, operating voltage, and other critical specifications. SYH designs and builds LED drivers and conducts relevant testing in-house to ensure stable quality and optimal performance of your LED lights.
